With an image, the alarm becomes a basis for decision.
A detector says that something has happened. A camera shows what. Only then can you decide whether the intervention chain starts or whether it was the cat.
We therefore plan the image like a technical quantity: focal length, pixel density and coverage area per camera, plus how long recordings may be stored.

May I monitor my property with cameras?
Yes, you may film your own property. Public pavement, street and neighbouring plots must stay out. We align the cameras accordingly and mask areas in the software if necessary.
Do I need a notice sign?
As soon as visitors, suppliers or customers can be captured, yes. The sign must stand in front of the coverage area and name the controller. We supply it.
How long may recordings be stored?
Usually 48 to 72 hours, then automatic deletion. Longer periods need a justification, for example weekends in a business.
What does video surveillance for a house cost?
Two to three cameras with recorder and installation usually start at around €1,800. Combined with an Ajax alarm system both systems share hub and app.
Do I also see the image when the alarm system triggers?
Yes. Alarm and camera stream are in the same app in the same event. The monitoring centre can also see the image if you allow it.
