Systems that trigger too often for no reason get switched off. After that nothing protects you. That is why we consistently work with photo verification: every alarm from a MotionCam detector is accompanied by a series of images.
You see in the app what triggered the alarm before you or the monitoring centre decide. A guess becomes a basis for decision, in under three seconds.

Questions about the alarm system.
What does an alarm system for a house cost?
For a detached house an Ajax system with installation usually starts at around €2,500, for an apartment at around €1,500. The price depends on the number of detectors, outdoor protection and monitoring. We name a fixed price after the site visit.
Which alarm system does the police recommend?
The police advice centres recommend systems certified according to DIN EN 50131 and planned and installed by a specialist company. Ajax is certified according to EN 50131 Grade 2, the Superior line according to Grade 3.
Do I need a monitoring centre?
Not necessarily. Many customers use the system with push notifications to their phone. If you travel, run a business or do not want to wake up at night, a monitoring connection serves you better. It costs from around €25 per month.
Are pets a problem?
No. The motion detectors ignore animals up to around 20 kilograms and 50 centimetres in height. For larger dogs we use curtain detectors or window contacts.
How long does the installation take?
We usually install a wireless system for a detached house in one day including briefing. Wired systems and commercial properties are planned according to effort.
Can I take the system with me when I move?
Yes. Wireless detectors are attached with tape or two screws and can be removed. We set the system up again at the new location.
